This time , pancakes and all the trimmings will call you to breakfast. Then after you’ve eaten, a bus will shuttle you and the rafts to Chili Bar. From there, you’ll raft back to the campground.
Today's rafting will take us on quite an exciting adventure. By now you are an experienced rafter and you will be ready for the fun rapids that lie ahead.
You'll scream as you crash through "Meatgrinder," you'll twist and turn through "Racehorse Bend," and you'll bounce along "Triple Threat" rapids. There are even some optional "Swimmer's Rapids," where, if you want, you can float down the rapids WITHOUT the boat. Unforgettable!
And then, you’ll prepare yourselves for the grand finale - "Troublemaker" rapid - the meanest, noisiest, and biggest ride of the trip! Troublemaker is a celebrity rapid. It's been in many movies. Indiana Jones braved this rapid in his second movie.
And if you survive"Troublemaker" (and you will), you’ll relax as you float by Sutters Mill, where gold was first discovered in California.
Finally, you’ll raft on back to the camp for a late and yes, All You Can Eat lunch. You’re tired, but it’s a good tired. In these two days, you’ve rafted twenty-three miles, survived over fifty rapids, consumed five All You Can Eat meals, made new friends, maybe picked up a rash, and most definitely acquired some new memories that will last a lifetime!
